Where Is Antivirus screen?

Where Is Antivirus screen? I want to run a scan, but I cannot find the antivirus screen.

Do i need to reinstall?

There should be an Anti Virus button at the top of the main screen. If not run the uninstaller/upgrader of CIS to install the AV.
