Where do I save downloaded files to?

Do you mean manually downloaded files?
If yes, this is a browser setting found under download settings/options on most browsers.

Hi cheater87,
I have noticed this is posted in the CCAV section.

Has this only started occurring after installing CCAV, or have there been any other system changes?
If you select another location to save files, can you see downloaded files there?
I am a little puzzled as to what is happening.

I only have I have Windows 10 64 bit, K9 Web Protection set to block malicious, suspicious and phishing sites only, Malwarebytes, Comodo Cloud Scanner, ZoneAlarm Firewall Free, Zemana Anti Keylogger, uBlock, WOT set to block and FileHippo updater. Comodo AV was the first AV I installed a few weeks ago with Windows 10 AU.

I suspect some form of conflict happening, maybe with a browser extension.
Depending on the browser, I would try downloading a file in the browsers safe mode or incognito mode.
If successful I would suggest disabling all add-ons/extensions and if it still functions correctly, enable one at a time until you find the culprit causing the issue.

Disabled all extensions and STILL nothing is showing up in my regular download folder only the sandboxed one in the browser.

I didn’t realise you were using a sandboxed browser.
You would have to download the files in a non-sandboxed environment.

A shared space folder similar to CIS (See link below) maybe something to add to the wishlist for Comodo Cloud Antivirus.
