Okay- thanks- I have windows xp and service pk 3 - I am connected to the internet via a Linksys connection, I am in safe mode and clean pc mode on traffic it says 99.2 ashwebsv.exe and .8 svchost.exe sometimes it will have the iexplore but not right now. When I had a few files - I looked up and then the unknown ones I submitted, while submitting a box popped up saying error check connection- I have retried it and the box did not pop back up but still no info. but modified on the unknown file?
