WHATS RUNNING ON MY PC

Hi There,
I am new here and would like to know what processes I can cancel running(safely) in the background of my PC to help let it run faster I have 36 processes running at the moment with only internet running no other programmes;is this “normal”.

35 processes ???
i have rocketdock & google chrome running in my PC, no security software, i have “only” 23 proccesses. are you sure you don’t have any security software set to autorun? ???
IIRC, avast AV would add about 6-7 processes.

It depands on Windows and system.
35 processes are not that many.

hmm. 35 I would say everything is fine, but sure upload a screen shot of the task.

Only five more than me though, I got 30!
