When I submit a file to comodo, how can i know if this file is safe or not ?

The said file could be properly classified through virus updations in a few days. i.e. if it is FP it would no longer be flagged as virus and if it indeed is a virus the it would be properly classified.
For example comodo detected ruby installer a virus !
what should i do ???
