That is probably safe. It’s normal MS file sharing on your system (192.168.1.7) broadcasting (192.168.1.255) to other LAN members (192.168.1.*) to see if any other computers are available for file sharing. The broadcast IP 192.168.1.255 cannot be routed to the internet, so nobody is going to hear it.

It might only be a problem if you consider other LAN members potentially unfriendly/unsafe (eg. a University LAN).
