Hmm, when my CIS detects something, it pops up a message: yadayadayada somesuspectedprogramunderlined and yadayada. When I press on the blue underlined suspected object link, CIS hangs. And there’s nothing to do anymore, but to restart PC as CIS is frozen.
I don’t even know what it is supposed to do, when I click on the suspected object link on the message as it never worked, it always hangs.
Which version of CIS are you using?
I’m using latest CIS 4.1.150349.920
Have you tried reinstalling it using the advice on this page?

Ignore the fact that it’s supposed to go from V3 to V4 and just go from V4 to V4. 
Doesn’t matter anymore, this issue is resolved in version 5.0.162636.1135.
