webinspector user/password not syncing between the web inspector and PCI scan

i have tried to use different browser, both firefox and chrome, still cannot log into pci scan


it has been many days, i tried to report my issue and open a ticket in support.comodo.com
my ticket number is ZZY-453-41522

i have purchase the same product before for my other clients, they all worked fine, but this time, it got stock, and i have tried to reset password many times.

please help
