WebInspector is broken

WebInspector is now broken with browsers that support HSTS.

Go to https://app.webinspector.com/
Enter a URL and click on Scan.
The site tries to open Website Malware Scanner | Online Website Virus and Malware Scanner and fails to do so because of HSTS.
The redirect from https to http must be removed to make the site function properly again.
