Web Reader Service Does Not Send Link

I was testing out the Web Reader service by sending an encrypted message to a separate gmail account. After receiving the notification email I forwarded it to secure-read@secure-email.comodo.com. The server sent another email message, but there was no link to the Web Reader service (see attached file for a jpg of the email). Any suggestions? I only want to use the software if the option is available for recipients to not have to download any software to read my emails.

I found the exact same thing - even cc’d my original email address (the one that sent the encrypted test message) with the message to secure-read[at]secure-read.Comodo.com. While the response comes back immediately, it never does contain the link for online reader. Can’t imagine how or why this has slipped through testing !
