Comodo Dragon seem to have a problem loading this page by constantly refreshing the page.

Please try the following,
Disable Do not allow websites to know where you came from (suppress HTTP Referrer header) if you have it enabled.
Found in Settings, Under the hood, Privacy.
Oh that’s why! Thanks. But there is no other way for me to see the page without disabling that option?
I do not know of any other way other than temporary disabling that option.
I personally always download my Flash Player plugin from here instead.
