weather.exe won't stop showing Firewall Alert!

All of a sudden, Weather.exe, which is for WeatherBug, which I have had for many years, is giving constant pop-ups. Usually it is only one, I select it, and the program runs. Now the program isn’t running at all and I’ve been getting continual pop-ups.

Any way to fix this? Any way to tell the firewall that a program IS OK?

Firewall or D+ alerts? Either way, it’s probably best to find them in both advanced policies, click on weather.exe and click remove. Start program and with the pop ups, select tusuted program. Make sure the box remember this answer is checked.
