VKISE left running when ISE uninstalled

I’ve just uninstalled ISE and even though everything has been deleted vkise is still running in my machine and I can’t kill it. Haven’t rebooted yet but I expect that will sort this out but at the end of the uninstall there was nothing to say that a reboot was necessary.

Should be fixed with Internet Security Essentials v1.3.436779.133 - RC
