Okay. So I encrypt my 32 bit Vista hdd now when I boot up it asks me for the password but it does not enter. It doesn’t show me tying and when I hit enter it says operating system missing. I did not do USB just regular password.

It seems that you have entered the password wrong please make sure Caps lock is off/on depending on how you entered it the first time, (it won’t show anything when typing for even more security)
