Whenever I turn my Windows firewall on, i CAN disable network discovery and file sharing, but when windows FW is off, network discovery and file sharing are on by default and the option to disable it is grayed out for both. i can’t turn either off w/o Windows FW on. anyone else with this problem? i don’t want any sharing on but i know i can’t keep cfp and windows fw on at the same time. does it have something to do with private and public networks?
