Guys has no one noticed that heur.Suspicious comes with the DB its not in your PC
Go here and look under other:

Yes, I saw one Heur.Suspicious definition in 1214. But this one was detected by the heuristics, not a definition (heuristics off = no detection).

These are sign based detection but created by automated system we have. We have kept these to be effective only when heuristic is on. Down the road we should be able to make these available with heuristic off as well.
