Virusscope not working when auto sandbox is disabled (Comodo Internet Security 2025)

CIS v12.3.3.8152 Installed on top of previous version
CIS v12.3.3.8140 Fresh install also has same problem
2: OS version:

Windows 11 22H2
3: What you did:

Configuration set to Proactive security
Disabled auto sandbox
Executed malware that virusscope was able detect(when auto sandbox was enabled)
4: What you actually saw:

No reaction from VirusScope
5: What you expected to happen or see:

VirusScope should have detected the malware sample whether auto sandbox is enabled or not in that configuration

Hi, maybe you need to unclick “Monitor only the applications in the container” option in VirusScope Setting Page.

I know that option and it is unticked. I think that option is unticked by default in Proactive security config anyway
Edit : Malware will be detected by VirusScope as long as it is run inside sandbox.
