I ran a scan and it came up with Backdoor.win32.ptakks.daisy located in common files installshield update ser. I quarantined it. Is there a program to delete this or should I just hit delete while it’s quarantined? I use CIS. Thanks

Can you please update to latest virus definitions and then re-store file and scan again?
We have fixed couple of false-positive, not sure if your was also false-positive case.
In case it is detected again, please inform here name as appears in alert so we can investigate it further.
