virus warning for mchinjdrv.sys

As my computer was booting up, I received a message from my AVG resident shield. The threat identified is a trojan horse Small.AOQ C:\WINDOWS\system32\Drivers\mchlnjDrv.sys and listed two processes: One process is “system”; the other is c:\Program Files\Comodo\Firewall\cmdagent.exe. I attach a screen shot of the AVG popup.
All attempts to find the file using windows explorer fail. Attempts to remove the infection using AVG result in a message: “fille not found”.
What is going on here and what action should I be taking?

This is apparently Mad Code Hook Injector and is used by several anti-spyware programs.Comodo V3 doesn`t use this file.
It may be wise to see if you can find the file in WINDOWS/system32/drivers and try uploading it to Virus total at http://www.virustotal.com/

Make sure you have Tools/Folder options/View/“Show hidden files and folders” checked and “Hide protected operating system files” unchecked
