Just small suggestion,
when virus scan is finished and all objects have been either deleted or ignored and none are present anymore on list make “Finish” button appear to close scan. Adding finish button would indicate that scan is finished and objects dealt with.
At the moment finishing scan by clicking “X” (close button) feels like aborting cleanup od infected files before it is finished.
