Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

I am trying to install smartvoip from smartvoip.com to make fre international phone calls, but getting the message that heur.suspicious@23486741 is present during the installation. Is this a false positive? OK to ignore it?
