Is it secure if we use virtual (Online) keyboard download file in our system?
As I am using keyboard with English Keys, If I need to type Spanish. is there any best and secure way to type and download that text file?

Do you own the computer and its operating system? You could just install the Spanish keyboard layout. You only have to remember the key locations. Depending on the OS, Windows for e.g. has On-Screen Keyboard app that could show you the keys.
Otherwise it depends on the website you’re using: do they store your data - what is said in their privacy terms? Do they store your data without telling you? Is the connection encrypted? Do you have extensions installed that can read any page’s contents? Etc.
