Virtual Desktop - Taskmanager not running virtual

V12.2.2.8012 (Firewall only) Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit (clean install with all MS-updates)

Start virtual desktop.
Press Taskmanager keyboard shortcut CTRL + SHIFT + ESC
Taskmanager launches not on virtual desktop but on real Windows desktop instead.
Click on virtual desktop button “Switch to Windows view” to observe Taskmanager running on real Windows desktop.

I got confused because when I started Taskmanager directly (Run Taskmgr) in virtual desktop then Taskmanager did start and run inside virtual desktop and not on the real Windows desktop.
So, two different behaviors then between run Taskmanager using keyboard shortcut in virtual desktop and run Taskmanager directly in virtual desktop?
