Virtual CD error: Could not install package: 'COULD_NOT_CREATE_TEMP_DIRECTORY'

Virtual comodo dragon showed me the following error message when I tried to install extensions or theme from chrome store.
Could not install package: ‘COULD_NOT_CREATE_TEMP_DIRECTORY’
Normal comodo dragon mode is perfectly working for me.
Is there any solution for it?

Hello,

If you don’t mind losing any data from your sandbox you could try resetting the sandbox. When you run Dragon in virtual mode after the reset it will make a copy of the user profile to the sandbox.
If this doesn’t solve the issue then send us the CIS version that you are using and links to the extensions that trigger the behavior so we can investigate the issue.

Thank you for quick reply. I am using only comodo free firewall which was installed a few days ago.
Product version is 6.3.302093.2976. Resetting sandbox did not solve the problem. No problem was found using ice dragon and normal firefox in virtual mode. It only happened to dragon. Any extensions or themes extensions cased the trigger. Which means I cannot install any extension or theme in virtual mode.
