Videos won't play in CD virtual mode (only)

I am running Dragon Version 50.14.22.465, with the Adobe Flash Player - Version: 22.0.0.209 PPAPI plugin installed. Windows 10 platform.

While in non-virtual mode (standard or incognito), I can click on a video and it will open.

While in virtual mode however, clicking on a video will result in it being downloaded instead of played. A check of the plugins shows that the Adobe Flash Player plugin is missing (in virtual mode only).

This just started after I refreshed the installation of Dragon.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thank you

Is no one else experiencing this issue or is it that no one has a solution?

Hi and welcome mbogo,
I am not experiencing this, but I would expect resetting the sandbox should solve the issue.
Please note any data that is stored only in the sandbox will be deleted.

Kind regards.

Thank you, captainsticks! That took care of it.

I had to change my settings and add my bookmarks again but otherwise, it worked well.

Hi mbogo,
You are welcome.
For the future reference, while you are in virtual mode it might be worth exporting your bookmarks to a HTML file saving it to the ‘shared space’ folder (Screenshot).
C:\ProgramData\Shared Space

Tip: Export your ‘Bookmarks’ to a HTML file for safe keeping.

Kind regards.

Thanks. I only have four bookmarks, so it wasn’t a big deal.

I do save my bookmarks from other browsers.
