can not play videos in Comodo Dragon.
It plays here in the latest Dragon v60.0.3112.115. What happens when you update to this version?
I dont know what happens 
Its continuing this issue for me.(Note: I tried Edge browser its.OK but Dragon can not play videos)
Dragon settings:
- Hardware acceleration on-off
- Protected content:Allow sites to play protected content (active-deactive)
*Allow sites to run Flash or Detect and run important Flash content
I tried all of them
OS: Win10 64-bit
Dragon version: 60.0.3112.115
Flash player version: 28.0.0.126
Is that the only website that has the problem? If that is the case then check if you have extensions that block ads or tracker and if disabling them makes a difference.
