Had to uninstall Comodo AV, kept Comodo FW, slowed down MS Outlook. Reinstalled Bitdefender, now system runs fine

Do you have any other security software that may affect Outlook and maybe conflicting?

Do you have latest version of Comodo Firewall? There was some issues with old version of CPF and CAV, which is fixed. Also we have now latest version of CAV Beta1.1 with major changes in email scanner.
