Very good, but not stable!

I’m testing Korumail, I have to say, it’s really good! Better then Mailscanner.
But stable? No… I’m facing some problems, I did a re-install but that’s not working either, first of all:

and so on and on, reboot fixed it, but this isn’t the first time.

No e-mail comes in anymore, is this a bug? This happens every 15-30 minutes… I need to restart the services or reboot or it won’t work anymore. I don’t receive any inbound emails anymore.

3: ClamAV needs update to 0.99.2:

Hope you fix this quick because we want to use it (9000 domains).
Latest korumail version is running and also on latest kernel.

I’m using another gateway untill I know whats wrong / or fix from Comodo. So i hope there will be a quick fix.

weird…we have thousands of installations in thousands of enterprises…its a fairly stable product.
I asked our guys to take a look at what is happening with you. I am sure its a configuration issue somewhere…we’ll get it sorted…

Thanks for your quick reply. I can give you ssh access so you can take a look?
The only thing what I did was the installation and the wizard and then the updates. Starting at 5.9 (iso) till the latest version.
I have to say that the vps is from hetzner.de. It’s behind a NAT, is that the problem? I can reach it via the web browser gui…

Hi blixem,

You were informed about this issue by email but I want to give information from here for our other customers too.

According to the investigation on your system, it is found that you had no any stability problem. These logs was coming from your logging threshold configuration as warnings. After your logging threshold configuration changes from warning to normal, there wasn’t be seen any logs like these as it should be.

If you or our other customers will have any other issue, please let us know again like that to help you.
