Hi, i have reinstalled windows 8.1 PRO and i have reinstalled ComodoCIS Pro and use the licensekey i always use these is valid until 27 november 2020 and now i get an error 12 when i send an mail to comodo support i can wait until christmas they never respond so i place mine problem here. What is going wrong??

I’ve found raising a Ticket in the Support section, with all details usually gets a speedy response, although it does sometimes pay to be persistent!
