v5x and Vista Firewall

I just discovered that Vista Firewall and CIS 5x are running at the same time. I disabled Vista Firewall, but Network discovery is set to custom and File Sharing is ON. When I turn Network discovery and File Sharing OFF , The Vista Firewall is turned back ON.

How can I have Vista Firewall OFF and Network discovery and File Sharing OFF? I thought it was a bad thing to have 2 firewalls running.

I am using Vista SP 2 and CIS 5x (Firewall and D+ only; NO AV)

I’d like an answer to that question as well. I have the same problem with my Vista (same settings as your’s).
