Using CCS with proxy

Hi

Is CCS proxy aware? The reason I ask is because I have run CCS with network access disabled and although it highlighted registry errors, junk, etc (which I expected) it didn’t report it was unable to make a connection to the internet. Having scanned a laptop at work, it didn’t report any suspicious files which I was expecting it too.

If internet connection is not available Malware & Suspicious section do not show any file.

The ability to report that internet connection is not available will be made in a future release.

Thanks, that is good to hear. So CCS does not use any proxy settings from IE? The laptop “might” have been ok (clear) but I wasn’t sure if CCS had connected or not.

Thanks for replying :). Do you plan on making CCS proxy aware (so it can be used on domain computers) or is this tool just for home use?
