Users turning off CFP

I have CFP Version 2.4.18.184 and found that any user on Windows XP Pro can turn it off. As this computer is used by my 5 boys ( ages 5 to 15 ) I do not want them to be able to turn it off intentionally or by mistake.

I tried ZoneAlarm and although it could be turned off it still remained active, which is good, but any user could change the application controls or the the trusted zones, which is not good.

Can anyone tell me if V3 can be turned off, bypassed or if the rules can be modified by any user other than the Administrator or does it have a password to prevent unauthorised changes?

Allan.
