Hi, I have a sony vaio, there is a sony update site which i can access but when I try to download updates I get the following message - download.sony.com is not set up to establish a connection at port ftp service with this computer- . Sony tech has tried to find the problem but can’t. I’ve just reformatted, have also tried with the internet security disabled, no good. Any ideas? Thanks, Peter
