Hi there,
I’ve just updated to 48.0.0.2 and on restart all my add-ons, passwords, history and grouped pages have disappeared.
Not a happy camper! >:(
Is there anyway to roll this back rather than go through and add everything again?

I have seen similar happen to another user, unfortunately we never found a solution or a cause.

Do a system restore :-TU
Take back your profile files (back-up) from: C:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming\Comodo\IceDragon\Profiles
Then uninstall CID… then install Firefox itself :-TU
Download (32bit & 64bit): https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/
There will no such funny problems in Firefox

I didn’t do a system restore, just the restore of my program files. I had tried to do it previously but the file options it was giving me weren’t any good. Going through the steps (and finding the right file) as per yigido’s instructions restored not just my bookmarks but also my passwords

Just as an added precaution, I recommended saving your bookmarks to a HTML file which can be imported into any browser.

Please do backups and maybe you want to use “Sync” feature in Firefox.
It is the best way to keep them and use them everywhere you want.
