I’ve tried installing the latest update under XP Pro SP3 several times now but it never gets any further than ‘Copying cmdagent.exe file’. Can you suggest why this might be happening and what I might do to make the update complete?
Try copying the cmdagent.exe file from the repair folder to the CIS main folder. But first rename the cmdagent.exe in the main folder in case we want to revert.
