When I press update licence nothing happens ? how do I obtain the licence ??? ??? ??? ???on Comodo Firewall ver. 1.0.0.4

Hello, vidcare. I’m really curious how you obtained CF version 1.0.0.4. This must be one of the originals because it’s very obsolete. I recommend that you uninstall this version and install the latest stable version 2.4.18.184 from the official site because it doesn’t require any license activation/registration:

I have missled you my version is 2.3.0.19 beta I think this is the reason why the licence is not working ?

Correct. Only version 2.4.x.x and up don’t require license acquisition.
