Update failing: repomd.xml empty?

Upgrading a ZTL install fails.
The file:
http://download.trustix.com/ztl/1.0-centos/i586/repodata/repomd.xml
is empty. Should it be that way? Or is something broken in the ZTL repo?

This is the full output once the ‘Upgrade’ button is clicked:
