Hi there
I have just installed CAVS. I like the look of it.
However, it WILL NOT update via our Squid Proxy server. It does not even attempt to go to the proxy server. All I get is a message that says that the user name and password are invalid - which they are definitely not.
I’ve tried raising a tech support ticket before (several months ago), but the issue was not resolved.
Anyone else updating CAVS via a Squid Proxy? Any special things I need to do to make this work?
