Up grade from 3.5 to 5.4 error message 108

Hi, My version of comodo is 3.5 do I need to up grade to the latest version 5.4. I have searched for up dates but I get an error message 108 check your internet connection, there is nothing wrong with my connection. If I need an up grade How do I do it? My comodo tells me that all sytems are up and running do I need to worry? aggie

Hi Aggie,
Going from V3.5 to the now latest V5.8 is not possible via updates.
I advise you download the latest version here then completely uninstall your current version reboot and then run the new downloaded installer.
