I’m getting unsolicitored email regularly for weeks now from someone identified as reptil.
The mail sent to me is not even supposed to be for me either!
How can this be stopped?

It all depends on who is sending it…
Normally it’s better to not respond to those mails at all, just put it in the spambox.
You can use a spamfilter to move them, but stopping them…
Well maybe only if it’s a normal newsletter you could try to unsubscribe… put for spam that will only confirm that your email address is valid and the mailbox is read…
