So I was gonna uninstall it and reinstall. Guess I forgot to reboot afterwards and now I cant reinstall or uninstall it.
Anyone able to upload their comodo memory firewall directory in a zip file so that I can uninstall it from my computer. 
CCleaner and deleting all values from my registry have no effect on it.
