Unable to Upload ASCII code of CSR(Certificate Signing Request )

I have already created CSR and following the process that provided by you on below URL
https://secure.instantssl.com/products/SSLIdASignup1b

CSR file name is serverSSL-credentials.arm which is also same as .cert file extention

After generating a CSR using server software I am coping and paste the CSR text using an ASCII text editor into the CSR box given on web page for above URL I am getting error that ‘This CSR can not be decoded Please contact Support’

So Please help me to resolve subjected issue.

Hi,

I would recommend sumbiting a ticket to the support desk ( support.comodo.com ) and attach the CSR to the ticket and they will be able to decode the CSR and provide feed back on what might be the problem.
