Unable to renew CWAF license


Our CWAF license was expired and we cannot generate new one.
We tried creating new licenses below but no luck.

  1. Account Management
    buy a product → Comodo Web application firewall
    = Returns 500 error, is the console broken?

  2. Comodo Account Management | Login or Create a new Account
    Create new → It returns “Sorry, no products available”


What prevents us from renewing the license?
Is there anyway for us to generate new license using our old account account?

The license extension is designed in such a way that you must make an extension request.

Hi I made a request to extend CWAF Licence 4 days ago and no response to ticket?

We had some internal authentication issues on waf.comodo.com.

As for now, the issue is solved. Please check from your side.
