I’m using CFP 3 having previously used CFP 2.4 with no problems. When I start my PC I receive the message “unable to locate the file cfpres.dll” : application aborted. I have not been able to uninstall CFP3 to try and resolve the problem using either control panel add/remove programs or CFP uninstall facility. I am running XP Pro.

Go to %programfiles%\Comodo\Firewall\Repair and copy cfpres.dll to [b]%programfiles%\Comodo\Firewall[/b], if it’s missing.
If it doesn’t solve your problem, try doing a complete uninstall.
