Unable to install Firewall

I tried to install and run the Firewall but received this message:

“This installation does not support the target program”

Can anyone tell me what I’ve done wrong?

Do you have any other security software installed? also what is your OS?

Have you chose the correct installer 32bit or 64bit. Kind regards.
