U.S. weather site blocked by Secure DNS

Comodo Internet Security - CIS AV False Positive/Negative Detection Reporting

I posted this in the Secure DNS help forum and it was confirmed by another user:

Secure DNS blocks access to http://radar.weather.gov and http://www.goes.noaa.gov .

The sites are accessible consistently with other DNS servers, but not with Secure DNS.

All the usual steps were taken when testing. (Clearing browser cache, flush dns, etc.)
