Two Problems

Comodo registry cleaner deleted the following two configurations:

  1. My desktop LUNA theme setting

  2. My “No Sounds” setting in “Sounds and Audio Devices”

Please provide us with more information, like the operating system you have installed CSC on, version of CSC and also the logs which can be found inside the installation folder of CSC.

Hi,

According to the posts and replys on this topic (https://forums.comodo.com/comodo_system_cleaner_fileregistryprivacy_cleaner/why_unchecked_entries_in_registry_scan-t48414.0.html) your version of CSC was not up to date.

The current CRC module has changes and improvements in the scan engine and scan locations, in comparison with the version you have installed.

To get back your two configurations, go to the install location of CSC and restore the backup that CRC created before the clean process (C:\Program Files\COMODO Registry Cleaner\Backup\07-12-09_07-22-46.reg).

Install the latest version of CSC and if any new issues appear, please let us know.
