I follow this configuration Gizmo's Best - The best of Gizmo's Freeware , but he turn off the HIPS, what happens if i turn on the HIPS ?
Turning on the HIPS and the BB will allow you more granular control over files, but still less popups than if you had just the HIPS turned on and the BB disabled. However, there will also be a small performance hit, although I believe it would likely be nearly negligible.
