trustconnect is not designed to close or stealth your ports. that is the job of your firewall.

My personal firewall machine is the CIS , and yet the doors are opened using TrustConnect.

As I understand you checked open ports when you were connected to TrustConnect. If so, you have got results not for your computer, but for TrustConnect access server. It actually has 22 and 443 ports open for service purposes. This does not threaten your computer in any way.
