Trust Connect fails

Hi, every time I try to connect to Trust Connect via wired or wireless I received the same error message. How can I fix this? ???
please troubleshoot! thanks in advance

Did you try what was suggested in the error message?

Yeah I did, but unfortunately I couldn’t find that option under "Start-> all Programs → Open VPN… " nor in Network Connections 8)

Did you do the Trust Connect installation under a local machine adminstrator account (or equivalent)? During the installation, Trust Connect will attempt to install a series of drviers that create the logical network adaptors used by Trust Connect. If the drivers can’t be installed, the adaptors can’t be created.
